New Berserker Flag

Again, restoring the flags of my buddies who no longer play NS and are therefore conveniently annexed. The original was pretty much exactly the same except all three charges were larger (and the sigil-looking things were a darker shade of red). Not sure what the symbol in the middle is supposed to be; I'm calling it "the spider."
